Eliminate a Bad Morning with this Positive Affirmation!
I can’t emphasize enough how important it is for you to focus on inner beauty. Every woman has a moment when they look in the mirror, and feel less than beautiful. That negative thought is pure perception. Whether it’s a bad hair day, skin issue or whatever, don’t begin your morning with negative thoughts! Especially about yourself. If your thoughts are negative in the morning time, then the rest of your day will be crappy! When you feel a negative thought coming on, fight it with an affirmation. For example, if you feel completely down and out. Say this affirmation in the mirror:
“Beautiful is what I see, thank you god for me. Every day I’m blessed to say that I can wake and feel this way.”
(If you’re not religious, adjust the words to match your beliefs).
Repeat this affirmation until that sad feeling within diminishes. Felling low sometimes is normal. What’s not normal is staying at that low vibration and wallowing in negativity. SHAKE IT OFF!
Negativity is a downward spiral. First you might think, “Oh, I look awful today” then it turns into, “oh, I have to go to work, and I hate what I do” then finally you have a nervous breakdown. Stop the negativity in its tracks. Be a strong person. Decide NOT to be a victim of negative thoughts, especially in the morning when your energy is the highest. Remember, life is good, because you have one ;)
