Essential Tools for Creating Natural Beauty Products

Tools for Natural beauty Supplies

Everyone has their favorite beauty brand. It’s always that one “must have” product that can seriously break the bank. With good quality facial cleansers costing up to $30 per couple of ounces, it’s no wonder people are opting for more classic beauty methods. A good toner might cost $25 or more, but rose water has the same effect, is all natural, AND cost way less. Some of the best beauty ingredients are right there in your kitchen pantry!

I love making natural beauty products, so I’ll be creating my own to sell in my online store very soon.  I’ll continue to post recipes for you to try, but some require more technical blending techniques. That’s where the Essential Tools for Creating Natural Beauty Products come in. I’ve listed some tools that will enable you to create my recipes or even your own.

My suggestions are:

Marble Pedestal-                         This item is a general kitchen basic. The stone and marble made ones do the best work.

Enameled cooking pot(s)-        For melting waxes or natural Shea and Cocoa Butters.

Weighing scales-                           It can be electric or traditional. The electric is easier to work with though.

Measuring cup-                             To accurately measure liquids. Melting liquids can get hot, so glass is best and easy to clean.

Cocktail Shaker-                            For combining ingredients. Stainless steel ones are the best.

Double Broiler pot-                    You can also get a heat proof glass bowl and place inside the pot, but for safety reasons just buy the pot.

Oven-                                                 For boiling, melting, and heating ingredients.

Glass Bowl-                                      For mixing and easy ingredient combinations

Egg beater-                                      For blending certain ingredients.

Coffee Press-                                   Best for steeping tea to mix with ingredients.

Wooden Spatulas-                         Great for sugar waxing.

Small silver spoon-                       Baby spoons are great for dispersing product in containers.

Glass measuring dropper-         For adding small precise amounts of expensive ingredients.

Baby Medicine Feeder-               Optional for even more pierces measuring.

Glass jars-                                          For holding products, gifting, and personal storage.

These are the tools that I think works best. Keep up to date with my post and have fun with your creations.
