I’ve always said, if you can design clothing, you can probably design interiors too. Design is one in the same. You might need to have a different understanding of your medium, but both fashion and interior design require an understanding of color, balance, and taste. With that said, I thought I’d introduce my readers to a trend that has become very popular all across the board. Im talking about Gold… or gold plated items. This is an example of the trend. These are all thrift store items under $5! It’s so easy to stay in trend on a  budget, if staying “in trend” is your thing. I like to decorate outside the box. I’m in love with “Lost and Found” decorating methods as you know. A lot of things I love have a Quirky or Eccentric look to it. I will be posting pictures soon. For example my purse collection ranges from Hello Kitty to vintage leather bags with hand painted art on it. I like things that have a unique appeal to it, like myself…or so I’ve heard. I will definitely be posting more finds soon, and hopefully it will inspire you to go out and be creative on your own terms. Find your own unique flare, concentrate on it, and attract everything you need.  That sounds simple enough!
