ALF is a brand comprised of sheer genius and exquisite quality. Intense hours and genuine labor went into cultivating ALFS’s gorgeous gowns. Each look represents the fabulous skill of the brand’s namesake Alexis Fong. Only the finest textiles were used to execute her work. Alexis Fong’s education is only one technical aspect of her creativity, which permeates ALF. The brand is more than just an assortment of luxurious fashion, it is a movement in fashion that has only just begun to make an impact on the industry.

The creative process is even more intensive. The BACK TO THE ROOTS collection for ALF has great appeal. Alexis utilizes mannequin forms to craft images into her garments. She also uses a great deal of draping in order to cultivate the right look. She finds that method to be limitless and satisfying. Alexis loves when her creations come to life. She enjoys the process of her garment making, even down to the last stitch. The garments’ construction and finish are taken very seriously. The gown seams are taped securely to ensure there won’t be frayed edges. Although Alexis considers her work highly experimental, there are still great lengths made in order to create the perfect fit.
The ultra-feminine vibe of the ALF collections is evident in the style and structure of each piece. There are fine layers of chiffon, mesh, or even tulle in every gown. It takes great skill to work with such delicate textiles; which can be attributed to Alexis Fong’s technical background. The fabric is manipulated to fit the curves of the female body perfectly. The gowns sculpt the silhouette of the wearer.
